These shelters they have are absolutely horrible. No one helps with anything the staff is completely incompetent and completely waste your time. Not only do they refuse to give you any services offered but they will not help you in finding housing or any other things that will get you out of the shelter system sooner. They collect your monthly pay and refuse the basics like toilet paper garbage bags give you the worst food and don’t even have kitchen appliances that work. It’s truly sad they take advantage of people who are in extreme cases of abuse and or homelessness. These people are all about collecting your money and giving you nothing in return. Not to mention the fact that these shelters are dirty and very unsanitary as well. Divia is one of the worst advocates I’ve ever met completely rude and incompetent
horrible management. high employee turnover. advocates don't follow up leaving without support. very disorganized. i don't know where all there money is going to pay their fancy offices.
Very kind and helpful organization. I've truly benefited from attending the various activites they offer such as; counseling, yoga, acupuncture, and more... The members here are sympathetic and encouraging towards healing from harsh experiences, I truly feel a genuine connection with all the members I've met so far.
